Cliffords Footwear Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Try the footwear on carpet to keep them clean!
The return postage charge must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for items lost in the post.
We make every possible effort to update our stock on our Website and Social Media platform however if the item is out of stock at the time of picking a full refund will be given.
We will always do our best for our customers and we can sort out most problems with in reason.
